Aims

  • To help all students to achieve their maximum potential
  • To raise student self-esteem; so promoting both academic and personal pride

  • To raise student and community aspiration and to celebrate success at all levels
  • To help students to develop healthy, fit bodies and to equip them with a wide range of physical skills
  • To enable our students to "learn how to learn" and to see education as a process throughout life
  • To develop student spiritual and aesthetic awareness
  • To help students to develop competences needed for varying and ever-changing employment trends in a transient world
  • To work with other agencies in making our school a major contributor to the development and unity of our local community
  • To involve students in our decision-making process, allowing and encouraging them to take an increasing amount of responsibility for the school's progress and development - and for their own personal development
  • To address the individual needs of each student
